What technical support does Innov8 offer?

Innov8 offers technical support during regular business hours (M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM PST) excluding federal holidays. Support will include defect correction and how to perform any task related to performance or issues due to any hardware, network, or environment related to INNOV8 Solutions Software. 

How can I get after-hours support?

After-hours support is available at $175 per incident via cell phone.  If INNOV8 Solutions is unable to resolve the issue within 4 hours, the incident fee will be waived.
